All of the teachers are experienced, professional Montessori certified teachers.

Gail Stansel Dwertman

I've been teaching here at Villa Madonna Montessori since 1989. I earned a B.S. in Medical Technology from Eastern Kentucky University in 1979 and received my Med in Montessori from Xavier University in 1986 and I am AMS certified. I enjoy cooking, gardening, biking and children, of course!

Sr. Theresa Falkenstein

I am a sister of Divine Providence. After graduating from college, I taught first and second grades for three years. I began my Montessori career in 1974. I enjoy reading (especially a good mystery), baking, playing board games and cards, walking and spending time with my family. I received my A.B. in Elementary Education from Thomas More College, my Masters in Education with a concentration in Montessori from Xavier University and my AMI Montessori Certification from Edgecliff College.

Patti Birkett

I graduated in 1974 with a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Cincinnati. I went on to receive an AMI Montessori degree at Edgecliff College and I am certified in Orton Gillingham Reading program. My interests gardening, yoga and golf.

Meredith Keith-Chirch
Meredith has been working in the office at Villa Madonna Montessori since 2009, when her daughter started in the preschool program. Meredith attended VMM as a child also. She spent 10 years in the corporate world as a Human Resources Manager until she left to become a stay-at-home mom. Meredith has a Masters Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelors Degree in Human Development/Family Studies.
